How do plans work?
One plan covers your whole account: it sets how many shop bots you can run and which extras they get (like a website, resell, posting to groups, or API access). Every shop on it runs until the plan's date.
Can I change my plan?
Any time, from Plan & billing. Moving to another plan carries over what's left of the one you have, as extra days on the new one.
How do I pay for my shop?
In crypto: Binance Pay (USDT or USDC), or any coin through OxaPay. Payments are confirmed automatically.
What if I close the page after paying?
Nothing is lost. A confirmed payment is saved to your account at once, and an OxaPay payment is checked again the next time you open your dashboard.
Do longer plans cost less?
Yes — pay for more months at once and each month costs less. Pricing shows the current discounts.
Can I renew early?
Any time. Renewing your plan adds the new days on top of the days you have left.
What happens when my time runs out?
You're reminded three days before. If the plan isn't renewed its shops pause — nothing is deleted — and renewing brings them straight back, exactly as they were.
