Privacy policy
What Retrex keeps about you when you rent a shop bot, and why.
What we keep
- Your sign-in: from Google, your name, email address and account id; from Telegram, your user id, username and first name.
- Your shops: the bots you rent, their settings, and the bot tokens needed to run them.
- Payments: the amount, the method and the payment reference, so a payment can't be counted twice.
- Security records: sign-in times and addresses, to protect your account and the service.
What we use it for
To sign you in, run and renew your shops, confirm payments, remind you before your paid time ends, and keep the service secure. We don't sell your data and we don't show you ads.
Your buyers
Each shop's buyers are that shop's customers. Their data is kept for the shop that serves them, and each shop has its own privacy page.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in. Your light or dark choice is saved in your browser. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
Who else sees it
Only the services that make it work: Google or Telegram when you sign in, your chosen payment provider when you pay, and our hosting provider.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your account while you use it. Ask us and we'll delete it, together with the shops you no longer rent — except payment records we have to keep.
