Terms of service

These terms cover renting a shop bot from Retrex, on this website or in our Telegram rental bot.

1. What you rent

You rent a Telegram shop bot, run on our servers under the bot token you give us, together with its admin panel and — where it's switched on — its website. You rent it for the number of days you pay for. We host it, keep it running, back it up and update it.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google or Telegram. Keep that account and your shop's admin password and 2FA key safe: whoever holds them can manage your shop. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has them.

3. Payment and renewal

  • Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are made in cryptocurrency and are confirmed automatically.
  • A payment for a new bot is saved to your account until the bot is built, so it is never lost in between.
  • When the paid time runs out, the shop pauses. Nothing is deleted: renewing brings it back as it was.
  • If a payment went wrong on our side, contact us and we'll put it right.

4. What you sell

You are the seller in your shop — its products, prices, descriptions, delivery and customer service are yours, and so is keeping to the law and to Telegram's terms. Don't use the service for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful: stolen goods or accounts, malware, scams, or anything that infringes other people's rights. We may pause or remove a shop that does, or that puts the service or other shops at risk.

5. Your buyers' money

Buyers pay into the payment accounts you connect in your panel (Binance, Bybit, OxaPay). We never hold your shop's money, and you settle refunds and disputes with your buyers yourself.

6. Availability

We work to keep every shop online around the clock, but can't promise it never stops — Telegram, payment providers and networks sometimes fail. We aren't liable for lost sales or indirect losses, as far as the law allows.

7. Ending

You can simply stop renewing. We may end the service for a shop that breaks these terms. We may update these terms; the version on this page is the one that applies.
